FAQ
Who can join our Masters Swim Club?
The Delta Retreads Masters Swim Club requires that incoming swimmers have a basic knowledge of at least two swim strokes, and must be able to swim 50 meters of the pool non-stop.
How do I get the most out of being a Retread?
Full time swimmers always tend to be the most satisfied with their Club experience of all our members because they see the greatest improvement in their swimming. They understand practices better, get a lot more from the coaching, and feel themselves to be an integral part of the team's social network.
What does the cost of membership cover?
Fees cover the cost of entry into the pool and any coaching provided for the entire season, which runs from September to June. It also includes the MSABC fee (Masters Swim Association of British Columbia) required to insure swimmers while participating. Fees may be pro-rated for swimmers starting later in the season provided there is still space available.
What is the registration process for new swimmers?
Download the waiver form from the website, fill it out, and bring it to your free trial swim. If you join, then payment can be made by cash, cheque or coming soon, e-transfer to deltaswimmers@gmail.com
